Seva is the Sanskrit word for service. It is
our honor to be of service to the local community; aside from the many ways that our students benefit from attending our ongoing classes, all of us at the Yoga Center of Steamboat are delighted to take part in many programs and events that contribute to the well-being of our friends and neighbors:

Our beloved teacher & partner Nina Darlington has recorded the long-awaited CD, Heal Thy Self: Vedic Chants for Peace & Healing.

This beautiful compilation of 28 chants  is available at the Yoga Center for just $15, or by contacting Nina at 970-879-3208 or via email.

Proceeds are currently given to the Nangchen Nuns Project. Future donations will  continue to be given to organizations promoting peace & working to alleviate suffering in the world.

"May these chants offer you a space of peace and well-being. With love, Nina"
