Cheryl Anders 500 ERYT, RPYT

Cheryl encourages her students to take time to notice their bodies, minds, and spirit, without judgement. She loves teaching a variety of classes weaving in yogic philosophies and dosha pacifying techniques. Her classes offer students tools for stress reduction, connection with Self, and options to safely move through asana practices.

Yoga has taught Cheryl so much more than just the physical poses, she has learned how to listen more keenly to others and herself, act full heartedly, and share authentically. She is dedicated to being a student for life, learning through all life’s changes and experiences.
