Anna Lawrence 200RYT 

Anna started meditating as a sophomore in college but was inconsistent with her practice. She felt like she didn't have enough time to meditate daily, had too many thoughts, and felt impatient for the meditation to end once she had started. She knew there were so many benefits yet her limiting beliefs and perfectionist mindset kept her from taking imperfect daily action. 

Fast forward to 2021, Anna accidentally found her meditation teacher training through her Well-Being Coaching program and began to trust her intuition, while also giving herself permission to be flexible (and have fun!) with her meditation practice - as long as she was showing up to meditate every day, even for just one minute! She has truly found peace in her practice and an expanded state of awareness within herself and hasn't looked back since.

Hi! I'm Anna, I empower women who are craving balance, create lifelong alignment through sustainable and realistic well-being practices like meditation. I'm here to show you that you can seek mind-body balance, too. I went from feeling out of alignment every day, emotionally reactive, and dealing with crippling anxiety and worry - to trusting in the ancient & proven practice of meditation - and I can't wait to share this with you! 

 

Anna is a Chopra Certified Total Well-being Coach, and a teacher of Ayurveda and Primordial Sound Meditation.
