Cass Baca 200RYT
Finding yoga initially as a fun form of exercise, Cass quickly realized that there was a lot more to it than just balance, strength, and flexibility. Inspired by her teachers, she dove deeper into herself and her practice, ultimately finding ways to help herself heal. She continues to use meditation, yoga, and intentional movement to continue on this lifelong journey, helping manage anxiety and depression. She has completed vinyasa, trauma informed, and hands-on-assist training with various teachers. She strives to allow her students to feel empowered in a safe place, while having fun at the same time. Cass is still very much a student as she is a teacher, and supports mindful movement in any form that feels good for the body and soul.
