Cheryl’s love of nature brought her to Colorado and life in the mountains. After a back injury, she found yoga as a way to relieve some of her daily pain. Yoga has helped Cheryl navigate through many changes in her life. She loves that there are so many ways to practice both on and off the mat. She believes by practicing presence while experiencing movement, breath, and/or focus on intention, we can create ripples of change in our mind, body and heart.
Cheryl has studied with teachers from a variety of yoga disciplines at Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda (300hr Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher), the Mamahood (85hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher), and Revolution Power Yoga (200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher). She also practices and studies Meditation, Restorative Yoga and Reiki.
