Brooke Carpenter 200 RYT

Brooke started her yoga journey while receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Steamboat as a Sustainability student. It was during this challenging and transformative time that she saw the practice of yoga change her life, healing her physically, mentally, and spiritually. It redirected her onto a path of self-discovery and enlightenment, helping her to bring her most authentic self forward. Within this journey, she found a deep passion for living and a strong connection to the natural world, encouraging her to share this practice with all.

Since moving from Illinois to Steamboat in 2015, Brooke has traveled to Costa Rica to complete her 200-hour certification with the Kula Collective, as well as Peru for a 50-hour specialization in Yin Yoga. Her classes tie together many of her passions, such as nature, astrology, energy, and spirituality. Growing up as a dancer, Brooke brings a lighthearted and fun vibe to her class, providing calm playlists and empowering flows. Her goal of teaching is to ensure a healing, safe, and inspiring environment, connecting her students to the beautiful elements of themselves and of nature. She focuses on all-level Vinyasa flows that help bring balance to the mind, body, and soul.
