Blaire Izlar 200 RYT

Influenced by Eastern style yoga and her travels, Blaire has spent the last 10 years on a journey of self-realization and self- practice. After living abroad for 14 months her journey brought her to India to attain her 200 hr RYT in Hatha and Ashtanga Series and to develop a greater understanding of living the yogic lifestyle.

“Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and asanas my goal is to have students leave the class with a greater connection to the bodies and mind.” She teaches in a way that holds on the traditional eastern style of yoga with a western twist to keep classes challenging mentally and physically. Her classes emphasize on helping students with alignment, flexibility, and mastering asanas through minimal demonstrations and maximum hands-on assists, B.C. (before Covid!)  “I aim to live a positive life based on the founding principles of the yoga philosophy and lead my classes in a way that reflects that choice.”
