After struggling with back and neck pain for years, Michelle finally committed to a regular yoga practice in her mid-40s. Yoga helped her build strength and flexibility where there wasn’t much of either. She is now pain free and inspired to help others!
She loves the Yoga Better style and trained with the founder, Andrew Royal Dugas, in 2017. Yoga Better is focused on anatomy-based movement and functionality. Her goal is that you leave her classes feeling better, stronger and with greater range of motion.
