NEW STUDENT GUIDELINES

  • Most of our classes are all levels, and are suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between. These classes offer modifications so that you can customize your class to fit your specific needs and level of expertise.

  • Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. This allows you time to meet your teacher, and settle into your space. Studio opens 15 minutes before class.

  • Kindly turn your cellphone off and leave your shoes by the door.

  • Everyone's practice looks a little different. Listen to your body, breathe, and be patient with yourself.
